Website and booking terms

These terms apply to this website and to fixed-price services booked through the Stripe checkout links on it. Information can change and should be checked against current official sources.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration, accounting, engineering, medical or other regulated advice. The service does not provide formal accountant filings, official translation, tourist guiding or authorised representation.

Fixed-price bookings

The service page, these terms and the Stripe checkout summary form the booking agreement. The listed price is the total service price and includes any tax that applies to the trader. Third-party fees, authority charges and work outside the stated inclusions are not included. Stripe processes the payment and may issue a receipt or invoice.

After payment, we will email you within one working day with intake or scheduling details. If the request falls outside the published scope or we cannot provide the service, we will cancel and refund the payment in full.

Other services and extra work

Services without a checkout button remain invitations to enquire. They require a separate written scope covering deliverables, price, location, timing, cancellation, data handling and responsibility limits. No extra work is charged without prior agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the booking date to cancel a distance contract. Email us a clear cancellation request. You may use your own words; no particular form is required.

We will not begin the service during that 14-day period unless you expressly ask us to do so. If you ask us to begin and then cancel before completion, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already supplied where applicable law permits. The cancellation right may be lost once the service has been fully performed, but only after the legally required request and acknowledgement. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Before work begins, we also offer a full refund on request. After work begins, any non-statutory refund is assessed against the work already delivered. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions and make your own substantive decisions. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. You pay authorities, platforms, contractors and other providers directly; we do not hold client funds.

Availability and outcomes

Public systems, authorities and third parties can be unavailable or change their requirements. We do not guarantee an appointment, approval, filing outcome, platform ranking, booking level or decision by any third party.

Governing law and complaints

Italian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their country of residence. Please send complaints to hello@greecesorted.com; we will acknowledge them within five working days.
