This static website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, user accounts or a server-side contact form.

Enquiries

If you email us, Cloudflare Email Routing and Google process the message so it reaches our inbox. We use enquiry details to respond and, where requested, take steps before entering a service contract. Send only information needed to scope the enquiry. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank details or full identity documents.

Bookings and payments

Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing-address and optional tax-ID information as an independent payment provider. We receive transaction, customer and payment-status records but not your full card number. We use these details to perform the contract, prevent fraud, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations.

Service records

We process information needed to deliver the agreed service on the basis of the contract. We may also retain limited records to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If sensitive documents are genuinely required, we will agree a suitable transfer method before collection.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Service correspondence is normally retained for up to six years after completion. Invoices and records required by Italian accounting or tax law may be kept for up to ten years. Data may be retained longer where a dispute or legal requirement applies.

Providers and international transfers

Cloudflare hosts the website and routes incoming email; Google provides the receiving mailbox; Stripe processes payments. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their published transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, subject to applicable legal limits. You may also complain to the Italian data-protection authority or your local supervisory authority.

Hosting

Cloudflare processes basic technical logs, such as IP address, requested page and browser details, for delivery, security and reliability. We do not currently add our own visitor analytics.
